Sharp Unveils Small 12.1 MP Camera Sensor
The latest offering from Sharp isn’t what’s expected from this Osaka based manufacturer. Unlike the normal offering of TV and Smartphone, the latest offering from Samsung is a 12.1 MP camera sensor module. The recently unveiled 12.1-megapixel sensor from Sharp is expected to be used in company’s impending handsets. According to Sharp the new module is slimmest in the business, measuring 5.47 mm high and around lesser than one inch deeper. The all new RJ63YC100 camera sensor from Sharp will also be capable of shooting complete-HD (1080 pixel) video and will also support technology of lens-shift for the stabilization of image. Canon came all guns blazing for the Tinseltown proclaiming of their all new 35 mm Cinema TV camera, the Canon C300. The C300 will be offered in two different models, and one of the two models will make use of Canon’s EF mount and the other will be using the PL climb which is common in the other entire cinema television camera. The camera on its own doesn’t look like any medium set-up digital cameras in the market. The newly launched C300 has been designed around a completely fresh fully-frame CMOS sensor, which is capable of catching 4K footage at enormously extravagantly bit rate. Kodak, in their latest announcement has proclaimed that they will be selling their Image Sensor solutions to Platinum Equity. According to the people closer to the matter, its said that the sale is being made to generate sufficient cash to meet the cash targets required for keeping the business afloat. It should be known that Kodak last month licensed out theur projector to IMAX, and that move was taken for the very same reason. Kodak has been struggling with meeting cash targets, and there even are chances of it going out of business in the next fiscal year, if the company fails to generate enough money by selling their assets. Fujifilm Introduces Their X10 Digital Camera
Fujifilm has launched a brand new compact camera for the fanatics: the Fujifilm X10 12-megapixel camera, which looks pretty much like a compact edition of the admired X100, and has been styled like a classic rangefinder camera. The Fujifilm X10 allows you to frame images using 2.8 in, 460k-dot LCD or using the eye-level optical viewfinder of the camera. The optical finder of the camera offers 85 percent frame reporting, and at the same time zooms along with the lens of the camera.
